University Seminars Program: Senior Visiting Scholars
Dr. Evangelos Venizelos
Evangelos Venizelos is Professor of Constitutional Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is the author of numerous books, monographs and papers. Many of his writings deal with a large variety of issues, including the political history of Greece, foreign policy, development and culture. Besides his academic career, he is widely known for his substantial political career. He has served as Minister in Greek governments several times and in different Ministries, including Culture, Justice, and Development. He has been a member of the Greek Parliament since 1993. During his lecture tour for the University Seminars Program, Dr. Venizelos is going to give lectures related to Greece, the Balkans and Europe.
